I use Autodesk Eagle PCB software to design the PCBs.

There is a freeware version available .

This allows you to draw a 2-sided print of maximum 8 by 10 cm.

I mill simple prints with my CNC machine.

More complex lay-outs are custom made in China

To convert the gerber files to g-code I use Flatcam.

I can solder SMD components with a reflow oven.
